Keith develops and implements plans to promote the Dubuque area as a convention and tourist destination. Keith has been with the CVB since March 2007.

Taylor oversees the marketing & communications for the Chamber & CVB by developing & maintaining brand identity, marketing materials, and the overall marketing plan. Taylor joined the Chamber in March 2010.

Julie is in charge of all sales in regards to conventions, meetings, group tours, and family reunions for both regional and national sales. Julie has been with the CVB since July 2008.

Becca works with the overall marketing plan for the CVB and assists with the development of marketing materials. She also maintains the Dubuque Reinvented Campaign. Becca has been with the Chamber & CVB since March of 2012.

Tyler is responsible for delegating the proper services to local sporting events and attracting national caliber competitions. He coordinates community wide events. Tyler has been with the CVB since April 2012.

Christine is responsible for welcoming visitors to Dubuque, answering questions, making customized itinerary recommendations and managing the Iowa Welcome Center and staff. Christine also assists with the coordination & planning of Dubuque's signature event, America's River Festival. Christine joined the CVB in July of 2012.
